Royal Mail Cyber Attack has caused a disruption to Royal Mail International Export Services

Due to the Royal Mail’s recent cyber incident, we are experiencing major delays with international postal deliveries outside of the UK. Royal Mail are working to resolve this as soon as possible, and shipping has slowly resumed to/from Ireland already.

Royal Mail doesn’t know yet when the traffic will be back to normal; they are currently dispatching parcels sent before 15 January and still refuse new international parcels.
