About
We’re sorry to let you know that due to illness the scheduled performance featuring Julian Henao Gonzalez and James Southall on Wednesday (14 June) has been cancelled.
In place of this performance, renowned musicologist and Opera Rara’s Repertoire Consultant Roger Parker joins Opera Rara’s Chief Executive Henry Little for a talk about the method of restoring lost and forgotten operas and what it means to be a part of “live operatic archaeology”. Mezzo-soprano Kezia Bienek and pianist James Southall will perform arias illustrating the discovery process.
If you have booked tickets for the performance featuring Julian Henao Gonzalez and James Southall your tickets will be valid for the talk on restoring lost and forgotten operas. If you no longer wish to attend, please contact the box office to arrange an exchange or refund (boxoffice@rwcmd.ac.uk / 029 2039 1391).
