For 56 years, Opera Rara has given voice to the forgotten: rare operas discovered, neglected composers’ works revived, and lost songs sung again, while also building a remarkable artistic family. As we look ahead to our 60th anniversary season in 2030/31, we invite you to join us in shaping opera’s future.
“I relish the opportunities Opera Rara offers singers and love being part of its family of musicians, researchers and enthusiasts who are bringing these discoveries before the public and preserving them for the future.”Gerry Wakelin, Founding Member of the Opera Rara at 60 Society
